J. Patrick Potter

Patrick Potter is an Associate Attorney with Worsek & Vihon LLP.  Patrick was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November 2025.  Prior to being admitted to the Illinois Bar, he worked as an Indirect Tax Counsel intern with Tesla, Inc.; a clinician at the Loyola Federal Tax Clinic; a tax preparer of state and local corporate and partnership tax returns at Crowe LLP; a transactional law clerk at Fuksa Khorshid Law Firm; and an In-House Legal Extern at First Industrial Realty Trust. Patrick graduated from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2021 with a B.S. in Accountancy with Honors along with a Minor in Informatics and his Juris Doctorate from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2025. Patrick also obtained his Certified Public Accountant license in Illinois in 2025. Patrick enjoys restoring cars and playing golf in his free time.
